Process Management

The Information Service Department has 120 applications. Five years ago, I began a process to create disaster recovery documentation for the eight most critical applications.

Originally, the project focused solely on documentation. Other the years it has evolved to encompass running meetings with technicians, assisting with vendors and testing, and, finally, compiling and writing documentation for recovering individual systems.

The documentation requires numerous meetings with subject-matter experts, research into systems, and a lengthy approval process
